  • Purchased points were successfully paid for but were not credited to your account.
  • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

4. Processing Time

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
